The kitchen is often the focal point of the home. It’s the place where we cook, wash up, eat and often entertain. It’s also a source of heat, steam, and odours. Cooking smells can wet your appetite but unchecked they drift and linger throughout the house. Condensation can damage furnishings and too much heat can be a real problem in modern well-insulated dwellings. 

Properly ventilated, the kitchen can remain a fresh environment in which to work and live.
