Breathe New Life Into Your Home

As homes have become more energy efficient due to the installation of solutions such as double glazing and loft insulation, it is increasingly important to ventilate in order to maintain good indoor air quality. Xpelair offers a wide range of solutions, from kitchen and bathroom fans to PIV (Positive Input Ventilation) systems.

Why Choose Xpelair for Residential Refurbishment?

Quiet Operation

Providing better quality air without adding more noise in the home, Xpelair fans are designed to operate constantly and quietly reducing distraction and disturbances.

Flexible Installation

Whether you're looking to install a ventilation system, a wall or window mounted fan, Xpelair has a solution to fit the requirements of a room or whole building.

Low Energy Consumption

Many units run on lower wattage motors helping reduce the overall energy consumption of a home without lowering performance.

Safety and Compliance

Whether it's splash resistance in a bathroom unit or meeting building energy requirements, Xpelair fans can help a home meet regulations and support energy usage initiatives.

Bathroom fans

More moisture is produced in bathrooms than anywhere else in your home. Moisture from hot water when showering, bathing and washing is quickly absorbed into the air, which warms rapidly increasing further its capacity to hold water vapour. Today, condensation problems like these are more commonplace with increasing demands due to multi tenant occupancy and greater emphasis on air-tightness in our homes.

Kitchen fans

The kitchen is often the focal point of the home. It’s the place where we cook, wash up, eat and often entertain. It’s also a source of heat, steam, and odours. Condensation can damage furnishings and too much heat can be a real problem in homes. Properly ventilated, the kitchen can remain a fresh environment in which to work and live.

Inline Fans

These are ducted fans typically installed in the loft space or ceiling void above the room they are ventilating. Inline fans are an ideal retrofit solution for all types of residential wetroom.

Positive Input Ventilation (PIV)

PIV is a practical solution to resolve condensation and mould issues. By continuously supplying fresh, filtered air into your home and gently pushing out stale, moisture-laden air, PIV systems like Xpelair Everdri help reduce indoor pollutants, allergens, and humidity.

Decentralised Mechanical Extract Ventilation (dMEV)

dMEV fans run continously in each wet room of a property and are designed to remove odours, stale air and humidity. They run in a low (trickle) speed unless boost speeds are activated by either an external switch or humidity sensor.
